Property details of Casa Fleur

This detached property is located in Residential de Begur and is fully equipped. In front of the house you will find  a lovely veranda with a spacious dining table, barbecue and lounge area. And for the ultimate relaxation, you should lay down in the hammock.

From the private garden you walk into the communal garden with a large lawn with a spacious shared swimming pool in the center. The swimming pool is shared with the surrounding houses. Around the house is a private garden with grass. Next to the house you have your own carport, where you park your car in the shade.

The house is equipped with WIFI internet and satellite TV. The living room has a large new spacious sofa and the adjoining dining room has a beautiful design dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, stove and of course a fridge/freezer combination. Also on the ground floor there is the utility room, where you will find the washing machine, an additional toilet and iron and ironing board.

The six bedrooms are divided over the left wing, right wing and the upper floor. Upon entering you will find on the left two double bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower. On the other side of the house you will find the master bedroom with a spacious double bed and bathroom ensuite with a large bath, double washbasin and toilet, plus a small double bedroom.
Via the spiral staircase you go to the upper floor, where there are two more bedrooms. One double bedroom and another exta room with a single bed.

From the house you can easily walk to the bakery for fresh bread in the morning and to the supermarket. The beautiful beaches of Tamariu, Aiguablava and Sa Riera are a 10-minute drive away. Begur's very cozy centre is about a 5-minute drive away! In short, an ideal place to stay with one or two families.
